Arrival Time

To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to change into your spa attire and fill out your personal profile. Our exclusive Spa Sanctuary relaxation lounge is the perfect place to unwind before and after any treatment. Enjoy a soothing selection of our finest herbal teas and relax – make and take some time to unwind.

Late Arrival

Please plan your spa experience carefully as all treatments are completed at the scheduled time. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Spa Attire

Choose comfortable clothing. Spa attire and a locker for your personal belongings will be provided for you. Underwear is required for all treatments and swim
wear is needed for body wraps and water therapies. Disposable underwear is also available.

Valuables

To safeguard from loss, it is recommended all valuables be left at home and that no jewellery be worn to the day spa. ABFAB Beauty and Spa Sanctuary accepts no responsibility for valuables brought into the day spa premises.

Your Treatment Needs

For your safety and comfort please mention if you are under the care of a health professional, have any health conditions or are pregnant. This will enable ABFAB staff to assist you in choosing the appropriate treatment. All treatments can be tailored and are suitable for men and women.

Your Comfort

Your therapist will maintain your privacy at all times. To fully enjoy your spa experience, do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Please be quiet and respect the privacy of others by turning off your mobile phone.

Group Bookings

Special celebrations are perfect opportunities to enjoy time together at ABFAB Beauty and Spa Sanctuary, and treatment packages can be scheduled for anytime of the week.

Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration to other ABFAB patrons we request at a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy. All treatments of 2 hours or more duration a 50% deposit at time of booking is required.

Nailcare

Please wear open toe shoes to ensure longevity of toenail polish. Take care of your polish by allowing sufficient drying time after your appointment.

Spa Cuisine

Light snacks, lunch and a selection of beverages are available on request, 24 hours notice is needed so catering can be arranged. Please inform our spa staff of any dietary requirements.

Gift Vouchers

Beautifully boxed gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be sent anywhere in Australia with the ease of a phone call. Gift vouchers are a thoughtful way to say thank you, reward your team or pamper that special someone in your life.
