You acknowledge that ABFAB Beauty is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Termination

ABFAB Beauty  reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if ABFAB Beauty decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that ABFAB Beauty considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

If a refund is applicable we will advise you via email and once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You will receive a return in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of us receiving your return.

If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. The above terms and conditions are an integral part of every sale. ABFAB Beauty reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice.  

Return of Goods

Refunds or replacements will be made on faulty goods only. This should be arranged by email or phone directly to our office.

Any order reshipped due to being refused or undelivered the first time will have the original freight charge added to the amount due.
