Consumers should make sure that the gift certificate is kept in a safe place and treated like cash

Expired vouchers will not be honoured or extended

No re-issue for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen vouchers

50% of value will be deducted for cancellations within 24 hours notice

100% of the Gift Card value will be deducted for not showing to booked appointment

Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue

If you wish to use part of your voucher on your visit, you have the choice of either accepting a new voucher (with the remaining value) or having the credit remain in the salon to be used on your next visit
